Privacy policy

Information we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, optional email and profile photo.
• Delivery details: pickup and drop addresses, sender and receiver names and phone numbers, package type and instructions.
• Location: customers' location when they choose "use my current location". For riders, precise location while they are online, including when the app is in the background or the screen is off, so customers can track deliveries and nearby orders can be offered.
• Rider verification: driving licence, vehicle registration and ID documents.
• Payments: wallet transactions. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner and never stored by us.
• Device data: an app install identifier and push-notification token.

How we use it

• To match orders with nearby riders, show live tracking and calculate fares.
• To verify riders and keep deliveries safe (OTP handover, SOS alerts, dispute resolution).
• To send order updates by SMS and push notification.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

Customers see their assigned rider's name, photo, vehicle number, rating and live location during a delivery. Riders see the pickup and drop contact names, phone numbers and addresses for orders they accept. We share data with service providers (maps, SMS, push notifications, payments, hosting) only to run the service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, or at https://www.fasty.incrafttechnologies.com/delete-account. Personal details are removed immediately. Order and payment records are kept without personal details where the law requires.

Your choices

• Location and notification permissions can be turned off in your phone's settings. Riders can't receive orders while location is off.
• Riders stop location sharing by going offline in the app.
