Delete your Fasty Delivery account

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your name, phone number, email and profile photo
• Saved addresses, notifications and app sign-ins
• For riders: uploaded licence, RC and ID documents, and location data

Order and payment records are kept without your personal details for up to 8 years where required for tax, accounting and dispute resolution. Remaining wallet balance is forfeited, so please use it first. Accounts with an ongoing order or pending dues can't be deleted until these are settled.
