The service

Fasty Delivery is a platform that connects people who want goods delivered with independent delivery partners ("riders"). Riders are not employees of Fasty Delivery.

Customers

• Packages must not contain illegal, hazardous or prohibited items, including cash, jewellery, alcohol, drugs, weapons, explosives, or live animals.
• Package weight must be within the selected vehicle's limit, and the package must be securely packed.
• The fare shown at booking may change if the route, waiting time or package differs from what was booked.
• Cancelling after the free window or after the rider arrives may incur a cancellation fee.
• Share pickup and delivery OTPs only with the assigned rider at handover.

Riders

• You must hold a valid driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance, and follow traffic laws.
• Location is shared continuously while you are online.
• For cash orders, the platform's share is recorded as dues in your wallet and must be settled. You can't go online above the dues limit.
• Refuse any package you believe contains prohibited items.

Liability

Liability for loss of or damage to goods is limited to the amount stated in our claims policy unless insurance was purchased for the order. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.

Accounts

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, misuse coupons or referrals, or put riders or customers at risk. You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).
